Boosted likes?

I get 1 or 2 likes at most on my threads, replies other stuffs!
I feel like if I am MOD! and I write SAME THING! SAME STUFFS!
I GET minimum 5 likes

Is that true? I didn't see one mod who got less than 5 likes.. (on one post, forget thread minimum 10 likes )

Moderators are usually members who have built up a reputation in the community, and as such they tend to get more likes since more members respect their opinions.

Still, that's usually not the case, and you can see a recent example of that here in this thread where @Sherb got more likes than any other member or mod in the same thread for posting something the community agreed with. The only time I get more likes from members for being a moderator is when an impatient seller is trying to get my attention and nudge me with their review by liking my posts randomly. Of course, this is something I discourage sellers from doing both before in the messages I send them before I begin their reviews and on my profile.

Aside from that, I'd argue that the majority of the likes I have came from when I was a Jr. Executive VIP. If anything, they've been decreasing since I became moderator/administrator.
