Any way to get Pardon in BHW?

Hey friends! I am working online almost 14-16 hours a day searching for work as i am job-less because my tongue stutters . Few months ago i started learning web designing & got an idea to start my career as a freelancer. Some friends suggested me to start work at marketplace of BHW.
I tried my best to work on this forum & help peoples in there problems. I can't afford Jr VIP subcription fees so i had taken a loan of $100 from my neighbors 3 days ago & was waiting for my 100 posts to become JR VIP to start my own thread & feed my family. But last day.. my Bad i broke the Tos of BHW forum mistakenly by advertising my service in comment & i received an infraction from moderator.
Now i will not be able to start my services thread. I am much upset & can't sleep well last whole night.
Suggest me friends should i return the money of neighbor as i can't upgrade to JR VIP . i asked sorry to moderator but my mistake is huge that it can't be forgetten. respected moderator is angry on me. Please suggest what i should do friends :-(

If you disagree with the infraction you received for selling outside of the marketplace as a non-Jr. VIP member you can appeal it with upper forum management through "support.blackhatworld.com".

You are not the first nor will you be the last.
Sadly people think after racking up 1, 2 or more warnings that an upgrade to Jr VIP is an automatic reset of warnings to zero. However, it doesn't work that way.

Abide by the rules going forward, your points will expire in due course ( provided you don't collect any more warnings ) then move forward.

No bro. i agree with the infraction. It was my mistake & moderator did absolutely right for banning me. But i am in tension now
 
Gets a warning.

Whines incessantly via PM about said warning.

Is told to stop whining about it by Mod.

Continues to whine.

Gets a 2 day ban.

Ban is lifted after 15 minutes as Mod thinks point is made.

Comes back and makes this thread.

Mastercard is not priceless... this series of events is.

You can always ask the moderator who issued the infraction if they would consider expiring it early, but they're under no obligation to do this.

If you had to take out money just to sell on the forum, that's not a reassuring sign in regards to your reliability. Also, there's a $30 BST fee (if your thread is approved) that goes along with the $97 Jr. VIP payment.

He was definitely selling outside of the marketplace, so if he sends in a support ticket, he'd just be referred back to the moderator who issued it.

If I were you, I'd give your friend the money back and wait for the infraction to expire. Selling in the marketplace is a gamble and you'll be up against competitors who have more time and money to invest in their business. While most threads I see get approved end up gaining traction, I've also seen several sellers end up finding themselves getting no responses to their sales threads.

Yes i will get $37 from adcash this week & i will use that to pay for Ad fees. BTW. i am not kuldeep or like that.

I am have tried selling on fiverr & upwork too but they have too much high competition. One friend told me to test luck at BHW marketplace as here is a well known market & rates are good too.

I was gonna post a joke about India Pakistan relationship for the last 70 years but this is bhw and I don't need another infraction point for free hehe. Well said. It is enough for now. :D
