Hello,
I buy from smm-heaven 15.000 youtube wich was not delivered.
I send many tickets to them with no positive answer.
I upload funds to them via PayPal amoun 35USD plus fees.
I wait almost 4 days in total for get a solutions but its seems will be not fix soon.
In my opinion its scams and i belive they derseve BAN.
All proofs including payment in link: <redacted>
Im sorry because i don t upload here but i dont know why im not allowed.

1) http://prntscr.com/os7yw6 - order was made partial, after you complained.

2) http://prntscr.com/os7zqd - you agreed with the terms of service upon registration.

3) http://prntscr.com/os807e - as well agreed with this.

4) http://prntscr.com/os81ki - you filed a dispute against us, and Lost it, even paypal thinks that you are not correct.

5) You violated the rules, even after the order was partial, so you were not charged in full, we acted according to the terms and you were NOT

6) YOU UPLOADED HERE THE PERSONAL , SENSITIVE INFORMATION LIKE PAYPAL OWNERS NAME /SURNAME AND OTHER DATA - this is not professional and i demand the ADMINS to interfere and to delete or at least blur this data.

I am not upload tickets with your accusations using abusing words and the threatening with the police etc, because this is pathetic.

i will just let the admins decide, but i don't think any case exists here.

We don't care what PP says and I've removed the image.

Abusive words have nothing to do with not producing.

Are you just a reseller and don't offer anything on your own?

Thanks for the removal of the image.

- it was not producing because the client ordered youtube video views, and placed the link for the youtube Premier video.

so this is why it went wrong, we had no issue to cancel the order or even to refund it to paypal, i have no issue to refund the funds client sent even now,

he never asked to do it.


and he was informed why the issue took place........

-Website traffic (high retention, keywords, from referring sites)
-Youtube views slow speed (max15 K)
- Instagram followers/ likes/ story views etc.

Guest posting services and google reviews.

but YES of course the most from the list we are reselling....

but I don't understand if the client has just claimed the refund to Paypal it's ok to refund the remaining balance always.
this is the first what we will add soon, that any client can claim the refund to wallet the remaining balance.
 
Hello, good morning, in she s topic says him delivered my 15.000 youtube views its very false, i have 59.000 views when i order , after 8 days i have 59.860 views. This seller lie me and customers in the face. I know i have bad english , but its not normal to be lies. I dont recived a single view, i dont reciced refund + appologies, i have 8 days. Plus what to do with my money in hes balance if all hes service doesn t work...

Hey, i have uploaded a shot, where your order was partial, and you were not charged for 15,000, but as well it was your mistake for using a PREMIER VIDEO LInk - for regular views, i understand you could have done this to save some pennies, but now we are fighting here in SL.

As well, i mentioned that nevermind that you violated our terms, opened a dispute against us, which probably played a role in getting our account suspended....
we are able to refund you the funds that you have not spent on our panel.

Im sorry sir, but in your products was yiutube views standard 1.62$ per 1000 , i order that , its not my problem if your service doesn't work. I lost 8 days , without money and services. you dont deserve to make business its not normal what you do
 
And second, please post all the tickets where you say you dont care about this forums and what happen here, i was banned and i can t make printscreen + you said no paypal refund only in balance in your website ( what may i doo with them if none of your service doesn t work ) be honest and put here all the conversation from tickets , where you warning me for dont post here. Be genuine you are romanian too, you are a shame for romanian people. Teparule ( means scam )

Ok, if he's European then he must allow you to see what data he has with your account which includes any conversations you've had using his systems.

That is very much gdpr law and one he cannot deny.

Also, I'm going to presume his turner could very well be over €88k based on how popular the thread is so should most likely be what we call ’vat registered’ which I presume he isn't


No decent terms and conditions
Refusing refunds
Blocking customers from accessing their data

Anyway, I'm out but felt the need to highlight ’legal’ stuff via @BassTrackerBoats
 
Him its from Moldova - Moldova its and its not in european unity, they are small country ( 3-4 milion people ) i was to the police 2 days ago, because i hate to be scamed and stealed they say in 30-40 days him will be called. In romania better you may kill a men ( mae 4 5 6 7 years in prison ) from scamed or fraud you make 7 years. I dont know exactly if its in romania or in moldova exactly but police will find him. Because i pay and i dont recived a single view. Him say delivered partial 500 views ( from 15.000 ) but its my genuine visitors i have analitics. In 3 days a make another 800 views my regular. Its a bag of lies. Dont understand me wrong i really dont care about 35usd, its about my felings, my time, im very angry, i prefered to stay with my kid ( 8months ) then stay and write tikets and check and check...
