Reporting to Google

Where do you go to report links to Google that have been maliciously linked to your domains?
ie a competitor pointing spam sites to your money site?

Hi,

This would work if the spam links were actually driving traffic to the website. What happens if you discover backlinks that aren't driving traffic but are pointing to your website and no doubt making Google very mad at you! (or mildly mad). How do you report to Google then?

You use the Google Disavow Tool on the Search Console:

That's brilliant. I found a few links, not many , about 20-25 but I'm sure it wasn't me who put them there
