I have a website in the quotes niche. Every post has more than 10 images, the content is to the point but still the bounce rate is always over 90%. All my competitors have similar figures but still I want to beat them fast?C you all suggest ways on how to reduce it?

Not sure how your site is laid out but you could go with a giveaway, to enter they need to swipe X amount of quotes then have a popup that displays when they swipe X amount of quotes and have them enter there email.

Then you can send them affiliate offers to quote related products as well.

Mobile friendly was a big one for me. I saw I had a 97% bounce rate on my landing page. What I realised looking at it is the bounce rate was 60% for desktop users. I thought hangon wtf is going on here. I realised some of the images I was using weren't properly showing up on mobile and very importantly some of the images with text in them while readable on desktop were completely unreadable on mobile (unless someone zoomed in). My bounce rate for mobile went a lot closer to desktop (desktop is just lower bounce rate in general I find) once I fixed that. Sometimes it can be something small.

Yeah I do agree with you. I also had many un-optimized images but now I had improved upon it. BTW Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

The number of images does not matter, quality and informative images will attract the visitors to read and stay for a minute.

If you want to create a one on your own, I would suggest to follow the tips below:

• Pick a topic for your audience that speaks to their needs, interests, and/or pain points.
• Create a catchy title - Infographics are all about visual communication, so your title must draw them in to look.
• Figure out how the data will flow from one point to the next.
• Limit the text as humans prefer to digest visual content
• Use Metaphors and cite sources
• You can use tools like "Visme" that make data visualization easy and eye-catching.
