If a marketplace service receives a C&D should they still be able to sell their services here on BHW? I used a marketplace service a lot and noticed they received a C&D but are still selling the services they got C&D for.

What I fear is if they keep selling the services the company will shut them down and ask for all their logs which can potential harm a lot of people who use their service.

I've received a tractor trailer load of C&Ds for sites and domains and I only bothered with a couple of them and ignored the others. I kept the sites up and the domains until they took them or scared my revenue source away.
