Need a New Content Locker Network. Any recommendations ?

The main and basically only content locking network I have ever worked with is shutting down. I need to move all my traffic to a new one, any recommendations ? I really have only dabbled with a few others but never really sent much real traffic to them. And also being I been so content I really don't know many names of others.

cpa based lockers. I usually prefer link lockers over content lockers also.

Why direct linking is not allowed by content looking networks what's the reason ?

Ogads is still just mostly for mobile traffic right ? Most my traffic is desktop. Already a member of CPAgrip(testing them again now) and Adworkmedia. Anymore you guys know of ?
