I found a keyword his difficulty is appx. 25 top 10 pages have 10 - 15 backlink and one of them is high authority . I just started my website yesterday what steps should I take to outrank them.

How much time it takes to come in top 5 ?

Any method to outrank them (black hat method)

Is it possible to outrank them in 1 month.

You just started your website yesterday? Is it a brand new domain? You will have to wait to get out of the "Google sandbox" imo takes 3-4 months to rank a new domain unless you have a strong domain to 301 to the new. Not possible in one month unless you do something like that.
