I know you can buy traffic for your website including the keywords searched for and also use platforms like youlikehits, but is there anyway to get super targeted traffic location wise? I mean traffic from only Birmingham uk ?

I know you can set that as a requirement on AdWords but I have never tested to see if they deliver on their location side of it

I'm.lokking for organic traffic from my keywords to my site from a single uk town or at most part of a county , such as south Staffordshire , I'm trying to improve my search clicks, dwell time and CTR

yes it is, its to improve CTR, dwell etc and lower boune rate. Also, perhaps some social traffic if possible. Im just trying to give my rankings a boost
