i read that you said you can index/rank your new site on google after year of work, YOU WRONG, a friend of mine his site is in 2 page on google and his site is 3 month old, and let me tell you something he is into a REALLY tough niche, yet he made it to 2 page and i have his site name, i did a bit of research from where he got his backlinks and i saw some black hat things, lol

Even when it comes to re-uploading videos to big tube site, so he can give his site a push of traffic i tracked his xvideo account as well and i saw that his account is 2 month old on xvideo and when he upload videos his videos are in the suggestion, and he is putting his site in the video title like this: blah blah blah see more at http://www.site.com at the end of his videos all of them and his videos are in suggestions, how the fuck he did it ??????? and his account not even Verified !!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

It's easy to pull out over a million views on xv or ph per video in less than a week.
This is a very familiar technique, but his account will be blocked soon.
This is a short-term technique.

If you read what I wrote and really try to understand then you will see that long-term technique is better.

Could you please elaborate on the monetization part? Where do the popup ads come from, are they embedded into the video by the site you're hosting your files from (are you hosting the files on another website?)?
