Hi I have bought a domain name but I haven’t a hosting.

So my question is can I redirect my domain to an adult smartlink, is this possible?

Normally you will have such redirecting option with your domain registrar. Or, at the worst you can do a HTML/PHP head redirection with a cheapest shared hosting account.
Anyway, I highly doubt that simple redirection could make you money.
