Ordered IG followers with auto refill (30days). They start dropping like a brick, which can happen, but no auto refill. Sent in a ticket last week and up to now I have nothing. No refill, no refund, nothing. All I get is standard answers (actually copied from my ticket);

@WilhelmScream can you please have a look at this? There are more users complaining on this recently and this weekend the panel was offline for several hours also (no notice) so I am worried they are about to pull the plug.

Been a member for some time now, but the service is more poor than it ever was.
Massive drops on IG followers, Autorefill not working, tickets being replied in a day and its been forwarded to our technical team and please bear with us it might take some time is standard.

Likes should have been delivered 0-1h to start, its now over 8 hours later and the order is still pending. Service is really really poor here and I will not refill my account here again.

Thank you for your honesty. Within a short period of time there have been updates from many of our social media platforms like IG, Youtube and Facebook that have affected the speed of our services. But this did not only happen on our Panel but other panels as well. We are always working hard to bypass these updates and improve our services and support for you our customers. the worst service. I added $ 10 of paypal, which went very fast, after that the problem started. I ordered 5k followers after 48h was still in pending and I did not get anything. I gave the message at the ticket and after another 24 hours, that is 72h in total, I received the money to make another order. I ordered another 5k that cost me $ 6 of which I received only 3k of followers. Since then we have ordered more than 1000 followers, and 50 custom comments in 2 posts. It's been over 48h and I have not received anything. This morning I received a message from them that they gave me a boost on orders to get them faster, which is surely a hurry. I come back tomorrow night with the last answer to see if they did anything about the orders.

The request for refund is sometimes a long process especially when the tech support needs to review and verify the order to determine if it is necessary or not. Honestly, I'm unimpressed with the service and support, I've purchased multiple orders including IG followers, likes, comments, youtube views and spent quite some money.

For example, I bought about 15k followers on one of my accounts and it then had 20k followers, these were refill services. Now the follower count is at 10k, and apparently according to support tickets I've missed the refill date, which was never mentioned (How do I ask for a refill?). So what's the point of buying IG followers when eventually they will all unfollow, lost a lot of money and for anyone looking to use this platform, look elsewhere. Eventually, all the followers you will buy will disappear and it will be money wasted. Read the post from the user above who has the same problem.

A few days ago I have added my balance to test the YouTube Subscribers. I have test it first with a low amount of 125 subscribers and I have now 100 subscribers. The count is not bad and the quality of the subscribers is very high for the price who you pay. In the next days I will order more and I hope that SMMFollows sent me also the subscribers who are dropped.

As summary can I recommend this panel to everyone who want to use it.
