What helped you learn the most?

Learned it through online gaming and chatting back in 2003 - 2009. School has helped me with it but my main learning experience was the internet. It's funny because back in the day when we had english class, the teacher in the test always told me on my test that the answer i had written was correct, "but that's not how we learned it here in school, so you don't get any points on this" - Makes no sense to me, but to this day, i still believe in can speak better english than my english teacher back in 4th grade.

Just enjoying things and learning English while you enjoy yourself (i.e. Gaming, or reading a book in english etc.)

The most fun for me was in my teenager age. While playing Counterstrike and hanging up in TeamSpeak whit people from all over the world. Secondly I read a lot of English article. I will not say that I am good in English. But a can understand it very well.

If it's happened in school means life is easier in English. Otherwise we need to all the things. I am manager in one of the company still English is my biggest problem because studied in mother tongue

It is. The best learning experiences always come from executing (talking to others) and failing (pronouncing it wrong, spotting or hearing the mistake) and googling for the right word or pronunciation.

Believe it or not, that carries on into college sometimes, unfortunately..

No biggie. As long as you stay true to yourself and take every opinion with a grain of salt your fine. Yes they are teachers and they probably know what they are taking about and you should listen to them. But teachers can sometimes learn from students as well

For me it started in school and then watching movie videos helped me to learn English.

I learned gradually.

First at elementary school, then in high school. I also went to a private teacher to pass the language exam. Movies (at first with English subtitle, later without it), songs too. (Where i live, the dubbed version of foreign movies are still popular, but i can't watch those anymore.) And of course the internet including BHW.

Still learning.

Initially through english cartoons, news paper reading and movies. After that, chatting and forum messages mostly. I got introduced to a forum (music related) back in 2006. That helped my communication skills a lot!

The one thing I regret about my english is that I did not take my english classes seriously during school days, not only english but all other subjects and I should have been good at english considering I studied in english medium.

I was a backbencher and same has been the case with my college days, I can barely remember a day when I studied seriously and scored good marks. Another, thing I regret is getting my basics right but hey regrets are part of life
