I also made my first dollars online with them but it wasn’t enough to cash out![]()
Same here, still in the account.

Will I still get paid out my current balance?
We’ve made over 50,000 individual payments to affiliates since PeerFly started and we’ll continue to do so until everyone who’s owed is paid. As long as you’ve met the required $50 threshold by Wednesday, July 31st, 2019, you will receive payment on the regular net30 schedule.
Peerfly about to hit a lick off these less than $50 accounts lmao. Even if they say they can email [email protected], who is gonna come back before the cutoff date. nice exit scam
They still have time to make things right, But I dont feel giving people a 48 hour cuttoff date is acceptable. Thats like telling most people with a threshold that they gotta have the 2 best cpa days of their life to get paid they money they are owed. The marketing guy even said they might not be paid out.Yeah that is quite disappointing especially because I have stood up for them for years here.
inb4 where is peerfly threads for the next 5 yearsI’m sure most users under the threshold won’t even know what has happened.

I personally have about $40 in my account, which really isn't going to keep me up at night, nor was it anything I was going to persue. This is theft, though. The thing to remember, just because it's in the TOS doesn't make it legal. These balances were held in their account under my name. I earned it, it's mine. Man, I had a feeling people were going to get screwed. How many people signed up so recent enough that they couldn't cash out. Newbies need the cash way WAY more than I do and the answer to them is "Whelp, shucks, you didn't make it to the threshold in time..." My very first ad buy I made, well, about $40, but I spent so SO much more. That money I did make was vital!
It's the damn principle of the matter... I'm glad I'm at a point in life where that $40 is chump change, but when I earned it, the money itself could have been used for, idk, medication for a single day. I was under the impression that companies that are dissolving had to send out TIMELY notices with information on how to get your money owed, typically 120 days. The path being followed now sounds more like a bankruptcy, but again, I never saw any proper filings for that. Has the company even been dissolved properly at the state and federal level? None of this passes the smell test.
No matter you need it or not: it’s your money. There is a treshold to make operations easy, it’s not for saying you have to make $X to get your money when we close the company.
They cannot legalize the illegal activity by just writing them in their TOS. Yhey have to pay.

I spoke with the FTC and filed a complaint, but that won't do much, especially with the time frame given. If a lot of people call, though... (1-877-FTC-HELP) I also spoke with my brother in law, who works for a corporate lawyer. He suggested off the record to contact the Florida Attorney General and file a complaint (http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services) Again, with the time frame, it's unlikely.let’s say i have $30 in my account with them, is there actually anything i can do about it except bitch at them?

The company will be liable, however, for all debts until they actually dissolve, and they haven't done that as far as paperwork submitted. I'm actively seeking information as we speak. If I find anything more solid, I'll let you know.
