The users are categorized under different letters, which makes it really neat and easy to see who is engaging and who isn't. I received the result in an Excel file, so I can easily change the font color or delete the listed users who are not engaging.

Sorry for late response, it's been a long weekend.

1. No, all I need is your username (and account should not be private). I do not need your password.
2. I have my own accounts that went up to +5% ER in some cases, but I am not gonna disclose my niches, sorry. I can, of course, send a screenshot of the stats if you want to. Also, I never disclose info about my customers accounts and, to be honest, I do not track their progress, just my own.
The service itself will give you the tools you need - what you do with the info is up to you. My strategy is blocking 30-40% of ghosts and "reactivating" the rest.

If you don't need a password (which is great), how can you see who interacted?

I'm particularly interested in seeing my ghost followers to clean up my account. Without using a bot as this would give me again negative points.

I'm particularly interested in seeing my ghost followers to clean up my account. Without using a bot as this would give me again negative points.

Well, you can go to any random account, click on any post and then on "likes" and "comments". You will see a list - it's public information. The problem is that since April 2018 Instagram only shows you up to 1k likes per post. If your account receives less than 1k then you can use pretty much any scraping bot to get the data from as many posts as you want and compare it to the followers list. It will take around 2 hours to do it by hand for 30 posts, or even more (it takes a lot longer the first time).
I can overcome the 1k limit. Don't believe me? Like the newest post with less than 4k likes on a random account and send me the username of that - since it will be your first like, you will not be shown at the top of the list (or you can like a new post and wait till it reaches a few thousand). I will send you a list of all likers of that post and you will see your username there (which I will have no way of knowing). This way you will know for sure I can see more than 1k
