Now is time for review.
I buy this service because my account have one month ago ~2% engagement rate. I use this service to unfollow not active accounts and reach at least 5% engagement rate (everything should looks nice for persons which want buy our shoutout, you wouldnt buy anything from dead account)
One month ago I have 66.9K followers and I unfollow manually 2K not active account and get meanwhile 5.5K new followers. Now I reach my 5%.

Ghost Followers - I check this accounts and most of them have thousands or hundreds of following users its obvious that they dont engage with every account even if they are active. Most of them was interested probably in follow4follow action (this guys with thousands of following users and its many of them). This account under 200-300 hundreds following users was not active last posts was from many months ago or even from 2018. So yes this list is not a bullshit.
Interesting Bonus
Engaging but not Following us users - First time when I receive list i get raw list of this kind of users. I ask OP to make list but sorted from most engaging users. He do this I get second list with the most engaging users but not following quite interesting for me was that some of them like 10-20 posts from total 30. So they should be easy target.
I send to my one hundred most engaging users some kind of generic message like "hello I notice you are very active... I am not always on hashtag, explore page... would you follow me regard"
This is the effect. I check TOP 100 users from list:
7 accounts was already deleted by IG
10 accounts follow me back
So I get ~11% Follow Back Ratio this users are much more better than this which are interested for F4F actions because they are interested in our content. But sending messages manually is so problematic if you use bot it can be your great advantage. Or maybe you have a lot of time because we shouldnt send more than 20-40 same messages per day. Ofcourse this followback ratio will be lower when you reach users which just like 5 of your 30 posts.

Not really. You can do this yourself but there is one huge problem - if any post has more than 1k likes, you will not get the data. Just go and find a post with more than 1k likes and scrape it. You will only get a list of 1k likes. This limit was introduced on April 2018. I can overcome it and get list of all people who liked; not just 1k.
If all your posts get less than 1k likes then, sure, you can do it yourself. But, you will need to get a different list for each post (2 lists for each post actually - one for likes, other for comments). Then you'll need to gather all data in one place and know how to work with it. Good luck spending a few hours for 30 posts - and what if you need more?
So, yes, it is kind of possible to do yourself within really small limits. But, if you need full list, my service is here to help
