How to make down any website from google

I am a freelancer. Someone is making bad news about my client and it is ranked on google. My client wants to make it down. How can I do that? Is there any process?

You cannot take it down because the site is not yours.

One thing you could do is bury the bad news in second or third page of GOOGle. This is called Online Reputation management. How is it done?
Write about 10 positive news about your client. This should be the direct opposite of the negative news
Pay at least 20 bloggers to post the positive story on their blog. Two blogs hosting the same content each.
Rank these websites to fill page 1 and 2 of SERP.
This way, if the bad news is searched for, the top result would be positive news.

Find out who is making the bad news and sue them. If not, make bad news about them as well or even worse.

Wordfence plays no part in removing google search results. Wordfence keeps you safe from hackers. If someone posted some bad stuff about your client, you cannot do anything with wordfence. What are you going to do, scan their website for malware?
