1. Refund rate was so low that not worth to mention. Maybe $100 - $150 not more.

2. I don't know. I have written all info, they know it before ordering so rarely got any complaints regarding that. Of course, there will be angry customers from time to time but I explain to them everything and they are OK to wait for more.

3. Depends on the day. Sometimes 10 e-mails sometimes no questions at all.

4. Do you mean Aliexpress? Yes, they don't want to refund. But if you have an image with the damaged product they have to refund.
