Jr. VIP Membership payment problem

my Jr VIP expired today . i was already add my 2 different credit card with BHW my account .because of my Jr vip expires $97 automatically deduced two times ($97*2)=$192 from my credit cards ( one time each = From 2 different credit cards )
kindly solve this issue
