It's not what I get, but what I give.
BHW has made me a ton of money over the years and doing my little Mod stuff is a very small thank you.

I could be wrong. They don't get direct payment. However, there is "perks" to the job.
From what I seen in the Seller Section, threads needs to be approved by a mod. The seller must provide there most expensive service "I think" to the mod. So whilst the mod may not get paid. He could use these services to help his own business adventures, which would result in money. I could be wrong though.
None the less, i have been a lurker for a LONG TIME! However, they do a great job and putting up with the trolls, spammers and scammers.
