Link Building sites that will show in Webmaster tool

Help me by just telling me that websites which will surely be shown in my Google Search Console.
I need High DA/PA Domain.

No one ever can tell you that. I have seen domains with links from CNN and BBC that are not shown in the GSC and uber shitty Chinese spam site that are in the search console. Google is showing you SOME of the links and thats it. Probably there is random factor as well. This is what Google says about this:

A sample of links to your site (up to 100,000 rows), extracted from the full set of links known to Google."

There is no way to identify which will surely show at GSC. Keep building good links and it will index and count by webmaster.

what happens when you search for your plurk profile url, does it show up in google?

mine does and it also shows up in google search console

yeah Plurk is the ONLY social media profile that I've made that won't index no matter what I do - or where the profile is shared lol.... I even have several Tumblr backlinks (and get new ones constantly) even though people swear up and down that Tumblr no longer works for that, yes it does lol... My twitter and FB and pintrest, linkdin - Even my pornhub, xvideos and other tube sites are all indexed and actually rank for keywords on first page - but plurk is unfindable for me
