I create a custom field and the client fill his budget proving How much hes willing to play and for How Long. The girl or agency tells me the minimum: like controlling and restriction on age.

If the amount offered matches what the girl/agency wants, they can seal the deal or kick off a negotiation.

Since February, 7/10 bids ends up closed deals. A lot of clients pass you by because of suspection on fake photos and etc. When you give the client the option to first refusal, you already have 90% done.

USA clients are the best. They like to deal. My sites covering Wisconsin to Maine had a huge spike on SERP. Wealthy states like Nevada, LA, NY or Florida gone up... But nothing compared to small states. Same in Canada and North UK.
