Don't use this service. Nothing works and they won't talk to you. And they certainly won't give you your money back.

Review: For the past 6 weeks every order I've placed with these guys has gotten stuck on pending, after waiting a few days I raise a support ticket & the orders get cancelled with no explanation. I have twice asked for my account balance to be refunded and the only answer I've gotten has been that they do not give refunds because it is against their terms of service.

Because they will not refund my account balance I have been trying a number of the services these guys offer, just to try to use up my remaining account balance but it's the same outcome on each order - stuck on pending > support ticket > order cancelled.

It is incredibly frustrating trying to get any orders processed with these guys and the support is terrible, I can not recommend this service.
