Instagram Account Banned or Shadow Banned

I have an account that is causing problems recently.
1 My posts are not displayed under the hashtags.
2. if I want to convert it to a business account I get the message : "There was a problem during this update. Please try again later"
(I can convert other accounts without problems.)

Personally i don't know a real solution for this, as it might be caused by a lot of different things (botting exceeding, hashtags, ...).
The recovery time depends from account to account; i had some being shadowbanned for 3 days and others for weeks.
