That's not the point. In your description of the instagram service you have written, that the drop rate is 5-15%. That's the reason why I deposit 10$ and bought this service. You can't promise something like that and than give your customers an extremely different performance of your service (Droprate OVER 70% !!!) and than you try to talk you out and say 'it is non refill services'.

Like I said, never again ;) I donate you 10$
