What would you consider low competition keyword?

Just curious as to what volume people believe would be low competition?

low competition is when there are forum links on first page, and when first 3 results dont have more than 100 referring domains per site

there are exceptions but this is gut rule

There are more stats you can analyze to see, if it's competitive. It also depends on how you define competition. Might be search volume or various scores given by KW analyze tools. Also CPC price can tell you a lot.

Keyword having volume 10-100 or 100-1k with low keyword difficulty can be a good choice.
