Which are the best VPS to create proxis ?

I'm using Vultr VPS but they only allow maximum 3 ips. I thought about OVH, but they dont have affiliate program. I'm writing a guide "how to create your own proxy server" based on @Seo Lover guide. Any recommendations ?

But problem is that they limit the number of ips for VPS. Vultr only allow 3 additional ips. I'm looking for VPS service that allow 15 additional IPs like OVH.

I have not used other than OVH , but i am sure there will be tons of VPS providers who give additional ips . Keep searching and i am sure you will find some .

Just make sure the ping time of vps is good otherwise you will get very slow response of proxies
