Hi all,
I have a website that ranks top 3 in the majority of my keywords however, when the website was first made, the directory structure was hopeless - long page titles and urls. I'm now having my website redesigned and I'm wondering should I alter the directory structure OR leave it as it is?
Current example:
www.domain.com/seo-for-dummies/fundamentals-of-seo-course/london-seo-workshop
What I'd like:
www.domain.com/seo-course/london/fundamentals-of-seo
A few competitors have much neater urls but they rank below me. Will I drop in rankings if I clean things up or will I eventually be caught out by Google if things aren't cleaned up this time around?
