Support also sucks. Refunds are non-existent. If you complain about a service being delayed or not going through, they manually set it to Completed and pretend it was actually done.
For the sake of transparency, what happened to the Sh*t List thread about Instant-Fans with over 10 screenshots of support giving the user the run-around? It was less than 2 months ago, but it seems to have been deleted. I thought SL threads don't get deleted?
i've submitted an order on 04-07-2019 and it's still not fulfilled , i thought this panel is supposed to be professional but it turned out to be bad.
you contact their support about it and what they say is that they have forwarded it to their development team and it should be processed within 0-12 hours but guess what even after 10 days nothing happens.
if you can't provide a good service then don't list it in your available services.
