How to advertise an app without posting it on PLAY STORE?

Hi, i wanted to know how to get traffic to my android app without posting it on play store , i want to invest money to advertise it but i dont know where and how , and i dont want it on play store because it is againts their rules. Sry for bad English

Why not do it the way everyone else does and put it on the online games? Example Real Basketball, that just happened to be one I play a lot.

well ty about that but my app its not a game , and even if i post it there i dont know if i can profit from ads then (i dont think they show there, without installing it)

i think you should study resrinking games and adding adverts to profit .

if you look in the misc there a user selling a in depth pdf on the subject .

you might find free info on here try the search box.

there no guaranteed way to promote a free download people just dont install it .

best to learn a proper working method .

but you can do a blog on your app and offer a download link , you could also throw adwords or bing or fb paid traffic at the blog url.

Did you look into alternative market places, like amazon app store, etc? Maybe you can promote on those apk mirror sites.

I second the idea. Why not distribute it to other app stores. I see some people using Aptoide if they don't have play store on their devices so maybe you can try distributing your app there. Not sure about their rules though so you have to check.
