I can't guarantee on how many visitors you will get but if you share viral images then you'll get a decent amount with these boards. These boards are manually collected boards with real followers. You won't find them in board exchange groups /threads. That's why I am limitting the number I invite.

Do you work with Pinterest? I usually get about 300 pv per post when I share on these boards but that depends. When pins get old they go viral and those pins get massive amounts of traffic. Pinterest don't work like twitter or facebook. You should wait for months to get viral traffic. If you share highly niche specific pins with clear images on boards which have more than 20k followers you have higher chances of going viral. Larger boards are better. I never counted traffic by percentage as I share on different boards. It's not practical.
