Am I allowed to access BHW through a proxy?

I'm looking towards proxifying my main connection and was wondering if I can get banned for this? I think I should be okay as I will be using a private proxy and won't be doing anything shady. Anyone able to clarify?

I visit BHW with VPN and proxies since years, still not banned.
The TOS doesn't say anything against it.
