I own a Facebook page with 170k likes, 165k followers and multiple posts with over 2.5m+ engagement but I let it sit still for a year.

Any new methods with Facebook growth + Ad revenue?

I'm thinking about starting a Shopify drop shipping store to advertise on the page.

My bad should have included that, its a comedy Niche

Depending on the niche of the page.
If the niche is amazon products or hunting gear - you can sell products
If that's funny cats or quizzes - you can make site around that niche and monetize with the ads on the site as well as via Instant Articles on FB

Sorry to ask, but how did u manage to grow your page? I've tried with ads.. and automating but I've only managed to grow my Instagram page

When I started the page I think I truthfully just got lucky. I didn't put a dime into marketing it or Promoting it, Just posted videos and somehow gained organic traffic
