How is that possible. I thought when submitting those complaints they had to submit the proof with the claim.

Telegram sometimes behaves very strange; support is not always fair.

Instagram's help centre is not even helpful at all, sometimes it took them weeks before they could reply to my ticket

It’s insane. The help center will literally send you a message telling you to contact the help center smh
