You could then take a windows based VPS, download everything there; and upload from there (don't download to your machine, that's waste of bandwidth).. There are lots of providers in BHW who sell windows based VPSes.

It depends.. More than 100kbps in most cases. As for example, talk to the owner of Hyonix vps (they own a BST here, @feezioxiii ) if he allows this.

Not true. I thought the same when I underestimate my local market (Vietnam), but I have VPN, Proxy articles and I got sales. People in my country rarely pay for any softwares. There's always room for you.
