Govt of my country has blocked the porn sites. I don't wanna spend on a premium vpn I use free vpns like turbo vpn, tunnel bear vpn but after 300-400 mbs speed comes under 100kbps. Anyway to access and download porn? I use android

It turned out it's incredibly hard to find a solution for this so I'm interested in one or the other. I have scrapebox and read a few topics on BHW but can't figure it out so if anyone has suggestions let me know :)
