1st let me start off with DO NOT ASK what tool im using to bot. Its prolly the only one out there still working and i cant risk losing it now.
Before i switched to the new tool i was running about 25 acc on GM2. Once Jarvee and the other tools went down so did GM2. Luckily i found an "old" bot system i use to use before. The website states that it no longer running but when i signed in it was all still active. (Hint*)..
So any ways i started connecting acc for my clients and ofcourse my business and personal acc. Heres a screenshot to show it is working as of right now.
Now some of my client acc are a lil tougher to get working properly. Sometimes i have to turn off the bot for 2 days then start again. And other accs i can run forever without a problem. All follow and like settings are updated to go super slow. Im also running comments aswell.
Here is a screenshot of my recent stats
The only difference between my personal account and the client accounts is.. I DO NOT USE MY ACCOUNT.. I login maybe 1 time per week to respond to DMs and ppl asking about my services. I do not like, follow, or comment from my phone on my account. The bot does all of that so i let it be.
So my theory is... if we are going to be running the bots on a clients acc, the client needs to not be using the acc to like, follow, comment etc.. Why? Because even if we do change the settings to go super slow, the moment the client happens to like or follow outside of the bot, it will throw all the #s off. Now you not doing x amount of likes per hour or x amount of secs between each like or follow. It throw everything off.
Ive noticed that clients that rarely use IG on a daily basis are the ones whose account run effectively still on the bots. So in my opinion we need to tell clients to not like or follow or be too active on the platform. They can post new media, respond to comments and respond to DMs but thats about it.
So yea thats my theory. Hope it helps.
SIDE NOTE:
Ive noticed alot of marketer asking whats next?!?! I thinking in the future Social Media Management will be the solution. Helping the client create good post using hashtags. Helping them keep their page clean woth no memes n nonsense. And possibly the biggest help for them would be to schedule out their post for the week/month. I say this because even when the IG bots were working well, the pages that saw the most growth were pages that had a clean bio, nice profile pic, high quality photos/videos, post content regularly, using hastags in post, using engaging captions etc.
So honestly i wouldnt worry about us losing business cuz the facts are our clients dont have time to do any Social Media Management at all. As long as we have to tools that save us time in doing things the "right way" we can still offer value with our service. And instead of selling the service as "get 1500-3000 followers in just 30 days" for $100. We now can sell just the followers count without a timeframe. So get 1500+ followers for $100.. and upsell scheduled post and gfx designs or content creationfor $150-$250 for the 30 days.
