Hi Raj,

Questions about the course

1. Regarding your SEO strategy how long does it take you to rank a website from scratch to get to the top 3 of GMB/GMaps?

2. Aside from domain, hosting what are other paid tools can I expect in implementing your strategy? from keyword research, website building, link building and citations?

3. For the paid option what is your ROI? Is adwords still accepting affiliate campaigns for paypercall? was expecting them to be very strict and
ban any affiliate offers?

Yes i will be soon - just been so busy to be honest. The last one i posted i believe was from end of 2018. Still a great income stream.. will share soon.

- This is NOT a SEO course, but i do share my SEO setup i do every time. Ranking a site/gmaps has so many variables that would be hard for me to give an answer as you know. But sometimes it takes a few weeks, to a few months - it all depends on your KW targeting, link building etc well.

- Ad costs, which i would start with $50 /day and scale from there.. i show various free and paid tools in the course.
- For website, i use wordpress, and the theme i use and recommend is $40 but you can use any you desire.

3. For the paid option what is your ROI? Is adwords still accepting affiliate campaigns for paypercall? was expecting them to be very strict and
ban any affiliate offers?
- YES, pay per call offers dont look like affiliate offers i would say. They look like real business ads - as its driving to a real business or human on a phone. ROI is variable but 30-40%+ return is generally speaking.. optimizing is key ,

1. Can you provide more details what is included in the SEO part of the course? My expectation is that it will provide details from
niche selection, keyword research, competition analysis, site setup, link building (citations) and everything to rank on GMaps?
Is this correct? Or do you just provide overview and not much details?

2. Are both Adwords and Bing still a good traffic source? Saw a video from the site from 2017 with adwords having more than 100% ROI while bing had about 50%. Is this still true in today's competitive environment and offers?

3. Are the offers your running and making profit available to most affiliates or are they exclusive? not sure if the exclusive offers from the networks
are the ones that's making the profit.

- i majority of that, and tools for those things.. but that is not only for SEO, but research into the niche for ads, and optimization and keyword research.. but again this is not an SEO course. This is about pay per call marketing campaign building.

- depends on the niche, but Bing has much lower traffic, and sometimes the CPC is more than google.. so its something to test. I would also run in google first, then optimize. Then copy to bing to see how it performs..

are the ones that's making the profit.
- The offers i show are available to all - not exclusive. Exclusive offers dont always offer higher payout - its more about you get all the available calls they have budget for.

I currently have a campaign running that shows great potential but I am not sure how to optimize it. It is just over break even by $15.
May be a couple weeks before I can join but I would trust any other training. I can see this being able to get me out of the home repair biz.

Hey Raj, I just joined and recieved my email to login. When I do, the only place I can go is the home page. Every nav link does this. Even "contact me". Not sure whats going on with that. Really fired up to get inside though.
