Yeah, read his reply.....or not. The BH way is to make a 3 hour video of blank or nothingness, upload it, and get some HR yt views to boost it and get those watch hours

I've created a 10 hour blank video and had 20+ tabs running the views, seems like not all the watch time is counted for. What do you mean by HR yt views?

Well, Youtube is not dumb. They know when the same IP is connected to one Youtube Video. They will only count you as 1 View or not even any view because your IP seems to have bot behaviour.
HR means High Retention Views which means a long watch time overall. You can buy them from the BHW Marketplace from the various SMM Panels here.

We cant reccomend or non reccomend as it would be low key salestrashing but I'd go to the social media marketplace here and check it out

Can't recommend anyone sadly, I bought from a close friend so it was safe. You may want to find something with an automated middleman for the transiction

Create random 10 Hour video, send some HR views, create filter videos and buy some views for them also.

The 10 Hour Video will do the job, but keep in mind if its the only video in the channel you wont get approved.

It's only a waste if you're buying from resellers and have no strategy around it. You can easily get 4k watch hours from SMM panels to get tons of channels monetized with a good ROI.

Of course if you're buying views that drop from the 3rd reseller of views and have no strategy to use that video for marketing purposes then yeah, you're wasting your money.

Sorry I meant getting the 4000 hours is the easy part compared to trying to get past the manual YouTube review. Like many said, you can buy HR views on a super long video and hit that mark, but if your videos looks like they have no value or if anything looks fishy or even if there is nothing personal about it then YouTube would not approve.
