How To *Truly* Learn Media buying, popads, etc?

Unfortunately this section of BHW is not as active as other sections, but I know from reading that certain members are making $500, even $1,000+ per day from media buying with CPA. I understand the premise of it (test offers with different landing pages on different pop networks, different demographics, sites etc. until profitable campaign) but there is very little practical advice here.

As a newbie who can afford to test with a budget of a couple 3-5K, does anyone have any advice on some material to learn this stuff? A really good thread on BHW, maybe a youtube vid or udemy course? How can you learn?

This section is dead because this forum is primarily 80% SEO. Just a wild guess tho. I'm into media buying, its fuckin great!
As for courses, there are a shit tone available. Check the download section on here, or go to youtube and search for stuff on there, subscribe to a few of the decent channels, but watch out for the hemroid wanna b gurus. A few good guys on youtube tho, but all mostly hemroids, pushing out wrong info and tryna get you to buy their $10000000 value course for $5.99

I know a site with hundreds of courses, but don't wanna give them free traffic ... Lame i know.

Yeah, that's why I'm hesitant to look into youtube + courses, too many gurus out there who want my money how did you start out when you had zero knowledge? Did you use pop traffic and spy on your competitors, etc?

I hate relying on SEO alone, I need to diversify that's why I am trying to get into it

Thanks so much, I will read up on both of those and hopefully I'm able get enough info to actually get started. For some reason this stuff has been far more complex/difficult for me to learn than all the other stuff like SEO and building sites

Because in the beginning you get confused with a lot of stuff. Like you have already said. The best thing you can do is just start and learn from your experience. With a limited budget, it's always a little trickier but 3-5k $ should be enough to get a decent hosting, good landers and a few bucks to burn through until you find a winning campaign.

I am trying to learn Media Buying as well, but my other Projects always put a stop on me, i have read their blogs entirely, and especially if you are a newbie in this field all this is worth a read.

Well cpa is a art...you have to target and do small test... u can fund your account but do small test and monitor it closely. Use a tracker. Only buy from legitimate companies with anti fraud protection... pop native and push are all used for cpa
