In my country,
A large chunk of population read e-paper.

And they love it if they get it free somewhere.

I'm planning to post the e-paper daily and earn money by driving the traffic through shortened links.

What should i choose blogger vs wordpress or anyother thing you think would be a good idea?

Try multiple option and you never know which one works in your place. Options to go for are blogging, influencer's in FB & Insta, Wordpress site with rich articles, Postings on leading sites /blogs to drive traffic.

If you’re tight on funding, use blogger. If you have roughly $30, use Wordpress. The customizable features for beginners is unmatched, in my opinion.

if you dont want to pay: blogger, since wordpress free account does not allow you to use plugins

if you want to pay: definitely wordpress, because of all the plugins. plus having your own domain name looks nicer for your audience.

if you can stretch to WordPress be grate then you don't need to pay for the blog spot later.
well done.

100% vote for WordPress.

Even if you start by using a free WordPress.com site and then later move to self-hosted on your own domain which is where you eventually want to be, this is the only way to own your website and work outright.

blogspot.com VS wordpress.org for free subdomain - blogger wins.
blogspot.com VS wordpress.org to host own domain - not sure, but will still prefare googel's service.
blogspot.com hosted domain VS self hosted domain with wordpress installed - wordpress wins with a lot.

Wordpress all the way. This is the only one that I will use.

I'd suggest Wordpress as well but admittedly I don't have any experience with the other platforms you mentioned. I've built dozens of Wordpress sites over the years and I'm not a professional web designer by any means. There are tons of great themes out there, both paid and free, and tons of great plugins, again both paid and free. I'd suggest starting off with Wordpress and the free Elementor plugin. Elementor has a Youtube channel up with lots of tips on using their features.

you can also use static blog generator app like hugo and host your website free on GitHub

I know that all bloggers, if they make websites, then only on a word press, is the best engine for this.

If you consider it a long term thing, setting up (and paying) for Wordpress will actually make you more money.
