Just got this from my proxie provide
This is not a proxy-related issue; so it does not matter if you use dc, residential or mobile proxies. Instagram made some changes on their end recently, and apparently, their new server-based algorithm assigns an Overall Risk Score to each account. The risk score reflects analysis of a broad range of possible signs of an attempt to build an ad network, and in this sense, they check the followings:
timestamp; high-risk email address; email first seen; IP address; IP user type; geolocation checks; account registration date; user content; metadata of each posted image; link in bio; any sign that indicates a programmatic behavior.
To avoid getting the accounts flagged I suggest you use only one proxy per IG account, run only 80-100 follows a day, take note of which account goes with which proxy and avoid accessing them from other devices/IPs.
At this point, I suggest resting your accounts for 48-72 hours and give up on automation for 2-3 weeks. Try to stay calm and see how this goes. Many people are saying this is an IG outage so you can use this to keep your customers cool -
