facing problem on twitter upload video

kinda weird I upload video from Desktop like cannot.

next , how to download video from tiwtter ?

Maybe video length is too long? (max 2:20 mins) or the video settings are wrong.

To download a twitter video, go to google, type in Twitter Video Downloader. Go to the first entry and input the url of the twitter video you want to download.

it keep hang like that cannot upload the video, I guess perhaps the video is long
