What Issues arise when using many slave accounts to do mentions

Hi,

I am trying to understand what kind of issues one will face if one tries to use, say 500 accounts to mention followers of a particular account, whose niche you need traffic from, in the comments of a post in the master account. What kind of problems show up...? Anyone doing this? Can you share your experiences?

Recently I've noticed other slave accounts in my niche having a Whatsapp link in their bio. Ive seen one group of 100+ accounts between 50k-100k followers all having the same Whatsapp api link in their bio.

I followed some expecting a DM but nothing. I then clicked and messaged them on Whatsapp expecting it to be automated (very easy to do with a business whatsapp profile) but it wasn't. I recieved a personal message directly asking me to place a order via Whatsapp.

Not sure why they are doing it this method but must be working for them. I did ask them if they are using Jarvee and mobile proxies which they are.

Thanks, what I am thinking of is using mentions to attract the attention of those mentioned, to a specific page. Could be for many reasons, to sell something, or get them interested, since its the same niche, then some will follow the main account. I have been hearing about child and mother accounts . I don't know if this is what they mean. Will there be bans on the child accounts, how fast do they get it if so... so basically just want to find out if anyone has experience in this area.
