Hi. I followed people until the time limit was imposed on me (when the "Follow" button essentially stops working).
At first I was a little shocked. In less than an hour I did about 1000 follows, and only then did I get a temporary limit. Over time, I reduced the number of follows to 500-600 per hour, but this didn't last long, as I quickly gathered the necessary number of followers.

With all this, I didn't experience any problems with the account. This happened 1-2 months ago.

follow/unfollow is like doing drugs. start small, when you build a tolerance you can increase the ammount

dont too activebif your accountnis new one but for old account make sure follow about 10-20 person a day

1 month ago is used to do the following:

Time 08.30 => 100 follows ( in less than 2 minutes )
Time 11.30 => 100 follows ( in less than 2 minutes )
Time 15.30 => 100 follows ( in less than 2 minutes )
Time 19.30 => 100 follows ( in less than 2 minutes )

I did this for 2 weeks everyday (except Sunday ) with 2 accounts (aged 2+ years ) just for testing. No shadow ban or follow block happen.
