even better if you can get a exspired domain with that keyword in (( more powerfull))

can be done.

just register the domain with the kw .
add a article .

use a link in your article to another article from wiki.

if need be go to comp and get all the backlinks add to yours (( i no evil but works)

I had that once last year. One of my site ranked #1 for a bunch of keywords (low comp) after 5 months of creation. I think it didn't gradually move to #1, it got from who knows where (I pretty much abandoned the site, didn't monitor its ranking) straight to #1. I made that assupmtion because one day, traffic suddenly exploded out of nowhere. But that was around May 2018.

All I did was on-page and not a single link or share. It's a rather small site with homepage and 3 support blog articles.

After the site ranked and got some nice traffic and money, I did send diversity and PBN links to it. That lasted until earlier this year then the site finally got penalized (blackhat niche and spammy links were the reason I think).

but when you notice the site suddenly got traffic , you inject
more links , SEO etc get it " over done " ?

Today I met with a friend and he is saying that ranking on 1st page of Google without any backlink is possible. I discussed it for 2 hours.

And, he proved me because he is ranking for most competitive keyword No#1 on Google without having too many backlinks.

He made a single backlink on a highly relevant website and ranking No#1. How is it possible?

For easy competition that is possible.
I have a local website which ranks for the main keyword at position #4, the keyword is easy competition.
No backlinks done.
For competitive keywords I don't think a fresh new domain can rank without backlinks.
In case the website already has some authority it's a possibility to rank inner pages.
That being said authority website will already be having backlinks that will help the inner page to rank.
In any case on site & content optimization, internal linking, website speed, domain age are some important factors to look for.

I think authority, high quality links are always good.
What I overdid was cheap, spammy links. To be honest, I didn't expect the site to last for almost a year on #1.

my site the domain is fresh , just live las year dec , a lot told me wait for one year to see how it go.

this is why I remember that.

but come to keywords, surely I see a lot will have the " same keywords " to rank , so how it go next? depend the site how many backlinks ?

Why not? As I said many times I was able to rank a site in quite competive niche with one or a couple YT links in comments. Relative video, comment, several upvotes, replies and voila.
