I have a RDP subscription with you, I am getting it down frequently. Your support system is too weak, in case of emergency you don't reply, even don't solve the problem. Also, there is no dashboard from where we can reboot the server. Please upgrade your support.

Sad to hear that it is getting down and you are getting weak support.

Actually we have team to reply within 24 hours over ticket. We always resolve issue within 24 hours.
We don't have control panel option in our clientarea due to some reason.
For now. I just restarted the VPS and it works fine now. It was overloaded that is why RDP was not loading.
