I understand the feeling, that's how I basically feel/felt my whole life and meanwhile the years pass by. I know why because you are afraid of failure.
Can't even tell to begin with how I have those same issues, even now, I can have 5 days full of positivity, being sure about my abilities and skills and sure it will work! And then the 6th doubts come because I think "but it has been done already", "why would people even come to my stuff" etc etc
Haha the more I read your reply, you are so much like me. I got at least 50 domains parked that all came from good ideas, most of these pages have a fB page, made logos, sites and that's it. So I totally get it is tough.
Ask yourself this. How many of these projects you gave it your all? The whole 9 yard, complete site, SM profiles, articles, updating of SM, building a list etc?
Yeah man, alcohol is such a fucked up drug!! More so as it's more damaging than most illegal drugs and yet you can buy it anywhere, it's advertised everywhere, it's in movies, tvshows, cartoons, you can barely escape it.
Good to hear man.
How do you deal with them thoughts of "but it has been done already", "why would people even come to my stuff".
I'm pretty sure I'm in no way or shape close to your knowledge, but I can relate to the part where I have shit ton of positivity with regards to taking action and then even few hours later anxiety kicks in with "I'm gonna fail", "this is a waste of time" , "mama was right, I will end up sweeping them streets" etc.
I'm having so much issues with this negative self talk lately, I'm not sure how to deal with it.
What doesn't help either is the fact that on every corner people tell you that this or that doesn't work anymore and having little experience, it's so fucking difficult to discern what is true and what is just somebody's negative lazy-ass bullshit to keep you down.
I don't wanna whine too much, life's been rough on me for a while. But I am interested, how do you deal or how would you recommend dealing with such thoughts.
And yes, I haven't given my all to one project and yes, I'm pretty sure that what's stopping me is that same fear of failure, but the above said has some to do with it.
Thanks
