[HELP] Flippa: Buyer ask for refund after 48hours

he absolutely a guy have experience in site flipping so I will have no chance to win this case

Pay Pal is friendly disaster. If you can let them know that buyer bought your thing after reading whole description on flippa with proof, you may win 20% chance. When buyer put their address they become eligible for protection even for intangible goods and services and this is because PayPal is dumb.
 
So basically this guy bought your domain and IG account, even makes an article about it on his personal blog and now he opened a dispute on Paypal?

Did you tell him its penalized? Whats the matter?

By the way: I would take screenshots of his article and use it against him.

I added him in analytics before he bought my website

See if he is still there, if not try to get history.

Tell buyer to ask for a review of manual action. In this way he can come out of penalty.

By the way, your buyer looks like a BHW member who is he.

If you have no money in that account at the moment, I wouldn't worry. Just open a new one on your relative and the issue is solved (worst case scenario.). I'm pretty sure they won't search you throughout entire world for 2k$
 
Still makes Flippa a fucking ridiculous place. Why won't they just answer his emails? I would completely freak out on this one. Such a terrible company.

On PayPal: Take all the evidence you have, also his weird personal blog post (and also the article where he wrote Flippa is a terrible place to buy a website - seems like it was good enough for yours? Maybe he wanted to scam you?), all the messages you etc.

and do yourself a favor: Use Escrow....and when you don't know how to use Escrow, then LEARN HOW TO USE ESCROW.
 
 
I have a feeling that I will be able to recover the hit that it received on June, 2019. I also think, this is why the seller is selling the site in the first place and that’s why I got a good deal (according to me).

The buyer knew it, you should be able to win the dispute if you use his blog post as evidence. Don't forget to save it in case he decides to take it down.
 
I agree use his website post as proof. As he is clearly stating that he knew about the traffic drop from the june algoruim update.

For me it looks like he just wanted your Instagram account.

You are* in the wrong for omitting the penalty though, did you mention having a penalty?

I get that buyers gotta take precautions, but that doesn’t sound very morally right. Like selling a IG account before suspension lol.

Personal experience: Every situation is unique and depends on the ability and experience of buyers and sellers and what proof they can provide to PayPal and how well they can communicate the issue. I did customer service for a large company selling dropshipped low quality items from China and was able to win almost every dispute despite the company being super shady in their use of fake/photoshopped pictures and such.
 
You can't know for sure, paypal always in buyer's side...

sold and bought many things online via ebay/eshops and etc. and always the best situation is for buyer.
The solution may be that buyer brings back all stuff he bought and seller returns the money, but he is debt via flippa/paypal fee and etc...
