As of 20012 due to spine issues - on permanent disability.
QUESTION , before I start my "journey" which I have alot of plan started , does anyone know if SSDI considers affiliate marketing " substantial employment" , I didn't check first because I figured it's not a worker /employee job , in fact no one can guarantee that you'll even make a penny ,and if did ,how long.
I don't call them first because I don't need too raise red flags or attention .
A.M. is so up and down and almost half who sign up never do it.
But before I assume they see it that way, curious if any affiliates here who know if this must be reported to them as "work' or if any concerns I need be aware of .
Thanks ahead for any input .

It depends.
If you make over a certain amount then it would be substantial employment,
I do not call the exact amount. You should be able to ask your case worker.

Best thing to do is setup and see if you can make anything first. Once you start earning and its isnt a small amount then i discuss with those in the department. It's not worth worrying about yet as it takes a longer time then you assume to earn and payments released into your bank
